Free-standing steel lattice tower

Alattice tower or truss tower is a freestanding frameworktower. They canbe used as transmissiontowers especially for voltages above 100 kilovolts,as a radio tower (aself-radiating tower or as a carrier for aerials) or as an observation tower or othertype tower such as torch tower. Many freestanding towers are lattice tower,whichare manufactured using mounted steel profiles.

Latticed towers are manufactured using mounted steelprofiles. This type of towers has all the advantages of freestanding towerssuch as great reliability and no need for servicing. Monopole also belong tofreestanding tower, compare to guyed mast, monopole not tied by stay wire.

MEGATRO provide all type of freestanding frameworktowers, all components are hot-dip galvanized to ensure an extended life of thetower, even under highly corrosive conditions. Towers are processed through the facility byCaustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict proceduresinsure years of maintenance free towers. Special drainage systems ensure tubular members aregalvanized both inside and out for maximum protection. If client have otherspecial requirement for surface, we can painted or powder coating.
